Housed in a former department store building, this Smithsonian affiliate displays educational exhibits on international culture and history, ranging from Russian czars to ancient Egyptian splendors. The museum also displays continuing rotating exhibits from other institutions across the nation. It lies downtown, half a block west of Baywalk.
